Dr. Katherine Schneeberger McGugan has a passion for working with and supporting teachers as they strive for effective and equitable instruction. She is a professional learning specialist in support of Metro Nashville Public Schools for CSL’s Leaders Investing in Future Teachers Initiative.
Katherine has devoted more than a decade to her service as a middle school teacher and coach to teachers and special educators—honing her expertise at the intersection of mathematics teaching and teacher learning. Katherine is committed to grounding professional development in teachers’ local contexts and developing sustainable systems for professional growth.
