As a mother, dance instructor, and author, Deleah integrates personal experience and professional expertise to create environments where students and educators thrive. She brings exceptional leadership to fostering collaboration and strengthening organizational performance by supporting the CSL Initiative for School Transformation professional learning program manager and improvement specialists.
With more than 20 years of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist and a master’s degree in psychology, Deleah has combined scientific expertise and psychological insight to support trauma recovery and educational excellence. Professionally, she has facilitated trauma-informed workshops in schools and partnered with organizations dedicated to trauma recovery, demonstrating her ability to drive systemic change.
As the Founding Director of Identify Your Dream (IDYD) Corporation, she has a proven track record of raising awareness about the impact of trauma on communities and fostering resilience.
