Chandra Boone is committed to developing systems that provide support for teachers and leaders through equity-driven professional learning, drawing upon over two decades of experience leading educators and students.

Chandra began her career as a high school mathematics teacher, first in Tennessee—where she discovered that teaching also included social justice advocacy—then in Texas. Her professional journey included roles as a campus-based instructional coach, then district-level positions as a professional development specialist and secondary mathematics curriculum coordinator—expanding her expertise in standards-aligned instruction, effective pedagogy, assessment development, and data analysis to drive change.

Most recently, Chandra served as the Founding Director of Secondary Mathematics at the University of Arkansas for a university-based program designed to mitigate inequities. She also was an Associate Director of Instructional Support at an organization focused on facilitating states’ adoption of high-quality instructional materials.
