The Center for Strategic Leadership and Organizational Coherence was founded by Dr. Thomas Maridada and a board of nationally recognized educational leaders to build the capacity of teacher, school, and district leaders to create and sustain performance-driven systems that foster student flourishing, deep learning, and high student achievement.

To achieve these ambitious goals Dr. Maridada has assembled a team of equally accomplished and dedicated teacher leaders. The executive team alone represents decades of collective wisdom drawn from their work in classrooms and principal’s offices to superintendencies and board leadership. They are strategists and trainers who have turned around some of the most under-resourced schools and districts in our country—achieving state and national recognition for advancing effective teacher performance and raising student achievement outcomes in the process.
